The sacred pause

The soul whispers, the heart dreams, the spirit ignites and the mind says, STOP.

Beneath this, the sacred pause discerns what’s true for JOY through combining your soul, heart, and spirit essence.

But first, let's define Sacred Pause through my definition, your definition, and other’s definitions.

The sacred pause according to others is….

The sacred pause (according to me) is the time in between time. It is the moment you stop within your day and breathe into your essence. Often this can be when you go to the toilet, have a moment between clients, finish a meal, wake up, or even in the heat of a fight displayed through one full body breath into the lower back.

The sacred pause is an opportunity and invitation to immediately align with your truth on a heart-soul level to navigate all situations in accordance with your highest truths. Then, using your spirit you can ignite this soul truth through speaking, acting, moving, etc. Even when it seems like a situation so far from the place (ie you have to choose between a pay rise doing work you hate or being fired, or speaking the truth about your affair or potentially having a divorce) from choosing to move in an aligned manner you can, it’s simply a choice. Your heart and soul are always leading.

The sacred pause can also be very extended such as a day of work, a 20-minute beach meditation, or a 5-minute sit down as your meal cooks.

The sacred pause also…

  • Pushes you into your parasympathetic system to rest (thus healing cancer, weight loss, and feel JOY), and digest (information, food, and emotions) to further accelerate your body’s health and vitality.

  • Connects you to God/Spirit.

  • Connects you to nature, family, and fertility.

  • Accelerates your alignment with partners, careers, and housing situations.

  • Opens your creativity outlets.

  • And, allows you to see objects, words, or colors once invisible to your common eye. These all belong to love.

The sacred pause sounds like a smooth breath full of sparkling colours, looks like fairy dust and hugs, feels like openness, softness, and gratitude, and smells like the most crystal clear air.

Sacred joy can be accessed in the moments mentioned above through one big breath into your back, followed by feeling the organs of your body and then allowing the energy of your body to take over. This is continued for as long as you want through more back breaths, organ feeling, and body energy igniting.

The sacred pause is essential for life, alignment, and belonging which all bring JOY.
