Spirit joy - a hug.

The soul is spirit joy in all moments and spirit joy is you for eternity. 

Spirit joy is your essence and truth, it is your undeniable gift in life. There is no giver take, less or more worthy, credibility or goal to receive spirit joy.

Spirit joy is the chi that pulses throughout every cell of your body, spirit joy is the smile that welcomes you home and spirit joy is the delight in your essence as you dance down a foreign lane for the sake of being joy. Spirit joy is forever with you as you glide in life and move within your cells. Spirit joy is you.

So often society fights to find the thing called happiness, only to forget joy already resides within your holy temple. You are joy. Joy is your purity of form and organic state within this world. Sadly the fight for you to find happiness is never achieved as ache saddens many souls. The fight is presented through social media, full schedules, elite bodies, eating salads, having 101 friends, being a ’ someone’, eating junk foods, movies, alcohol, and the list goes on. Society is so strung to the fight that the battle is never won. That is until one surrenders, steps down, and into self.

The stepping down is a complete soul unification, health amplification, welcome home to family, and ultimately, spirit joy journey. 

The striving becomes inner and spirit joy is forever beaming light and love. The need to fix or improve diminishes as all is innately as it is, health. 

Spirit joy remains forever, it feels like a massive hug and welcome home.
