Spinning cogs
When one cogs out the entire delicate web to the beautiful soul you are is out of play. This means that if your backs out, you haven’t kissed your partner, been of purpose, moved your body or danced with your sisters - or whatever it is for you and your magical life - you are bound to fill yuck, sad or moody. Even the simplest thing of eating enough throughout your whole day, or even week can help. However, when you have been out of play for so long because of whatever reason that your cog or even cogs are jumping instead of spinning round, it can feel a little more harder to spin your cogs again.
One may ask, what do you really need?
Are you lacking purpose,
Are you lacking play,
Are you lacking sex,
Are you lacking rest,
Are you lacking company,
Are you lacking health,
Are you lacking creativity,
Are you lacking nourishment,
Are you lacking wealth?
And one with self-knowing would know exactly what the answer is. But, even one with self-knowing won’t always know the answer. And sometimes, the answer is found in trial and error or a complete drive to dive into everything until the cogs spin happily again. And this my friends takes a lot of discipline and surrender, not always fun I know - but needed!
So today, ask yourself, “Are your cogs spinning happily?”
If yes - YAYYAYA and do a little self-celebration dance.
If no - Lets find your answers to happy cogs and get them spinning for you again.
Ask yourself “What do you really need?” And from this place take action to make your cogs spin.
If you lack purpose: Go volunteer, share your magic with the community or a bestie.
If you lack play: Run outdoors, watch comedy, be silly with a loved one or take a scooter somewhere random.
If you lack sex: Find your partner quick smart and if you don't have one I recommend getting a massage or catch up with a friend of the opposite gender (with BIG boundaries, sometimes the opposite genders energy is more than enough vs sex itself).
If you lack rest: Lay outdoors, read a book, listen to a hypnosis, get creative or watch momma nature.
If you lack health: See a practitioner, remove clutter from your life, slow down and breathe deeply.
If you lack creativity: Paint, sing, dance, drawer, cook or journal.
If you lack nourishment: Make yourself a yummy meal, move your body, massage yourself, create white space in your day or get a massage.
If you lack wealth: Try something new such as a new job, invest, start a hobby, create a online program, share your magic in the community or stop spending on shit.
